We try our best to keep our costs, and your charge down to minimums. We ship almost exclusively via the U.S. Postal Service and in many cases your order will be shipped 2-3 day Priority Mail.

As you may know, International shipping is very expensive, especially for heavy books and DVD sets.

If you feel that the shipping charge is incorrect, please contact us, as our computer may have incorrectly calculated the shipping. We will work with you to resolve these issues.

As our books and DVDs are brand new, and many times come in shrink wrapping, we cannot accept returns on most items.
